Safeguarding of Learners at GAA

At Glowing Ages Academy, the safety, well-being, and protection of every learner is the highest priority. The school implements robust policies and procedures to prevent harm, abuse, or neglect, ensuring a secure environment for children to learn and grow.

Key measures include:

Safe and Secure Premises: The school maintains controlled access, CCTV surveillance, and secure outdoor areas to protect students.

Child Protection Policies: Staff are trained to identify, report, and respond to signs of abuse or neglect promptly and appropriately.

Health and Well-being Support: The school provides first-aid facilities, counseling, and guidance services to support physical and emotional health.

Staff Recruitment and Training: All staff undergo thorough background checks and continuous professional development to uphold safeguarding standards.

Online Safety: Policies and supervision are in place to ensure safe use of technology and protection from cyber risks.

GAA’s safeguarding approach ensures that learners can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally in a safe, supportive, and caring environment.

The Early Years remain the foundation of our school, and it is from here that the journey of every child begins. We take this responsibility very seriously, as the strength and quality of what we build here determine how confident, capable, and curious our children become as life long learners.
