Online Safety Guide for Students – GAA

Keep Personal Information Private: Never share your full name, address, phone number, or passwords online.

Think Before You Post: Only share content that is appropriate and respectful. Once something is online, it can be permanent.

Be Careful with Strangers: Don’t accept friend requests or chat with people you don’t know in real life.

Report Bad Behavior: Tell a teacher, parent, or guardian if someone is mean, threatening, or making you uncomfortable online.

Use Safe Websites and Apps: Stick to age-appropriate websites, games, and apps recommended by teachers or parents.

Protect Your Devices: Keep your devices secure with passwords and don’t click on suspicious links.
